You may add whatever you like to your Japanese salad. This combination just happens to be a favourite of mine.
Gg’s Japanese Salad Recipe:
(serves 2)
Ingredients:
- 1 package silken tofu (cut into big cubes)
- 1 to 2 avocados (peeled and sliced)
- squeeze of lemon
- 2 cups salad leaves
- 2 packages broccolini (trimmed and steamed)
- 2 handfuls cherry tomatoes
- Gg’s tuna-mayo
- 2 medium-boiled/ poached eggs (optional)
- Gg’s Japanese sesame dressing (as much as you like)
Directions:
- Place all ingredients nicely in a dish.
- Drizzle with dressing and serve with extra dressing on the side.
